Travel Policy
We’re happy to travel to celebrate with you! Travel fees are based on the distance from Marry Me Moments’ designated service base and help cover mileage, travel time, and transportation expenses. For Oklahoma weddings, mileage is calculated from Midwest City, OK. For Texas weddings, mileage is calculated from Wichita Falls, TX.

**Mileage is calculated one way from the applicable service base to the wedding venue. Travel fees are determined by the venue address and will be included in your final quote.
Officiant Add- Ons
Every ceremony is unique. Our officiant packages include the services outlined in your selected package, with optional add-ons available for couples who need additional ceremony support, equipment, or assistance. Add-ons must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.Any applicable fees will be discussed with you in advance whenever possible, so you know exactly what to expect before your wedding day.
Witness Service — $25 per witness
Need a witness for your ceremony? Marry Me Moments can provide a witness upon request. Advance notice is required and availability must be confirmed.
Ceremony Sound Package — $75
Includes a speaker and wireless microphone to help ensure your officiant, vows, and ceremony can be clearly heard by your guests. Includes equipment setup and breakdown.
Ceremony Coordination — $125
Includes pre-ceremony wedding party lineup, processional organization, ceremony cues, and communication with participating vendors. This service does not include full Day-of Coordination.
Personal Vow Assistance — $50
Need help putting your feelings into words? We’ll help you organize, polish, and personalize your vows while keeping them true to your voice.
Booking Policy
To reserve your wedding date with Marry Me Moments, the following booking requirements apply:

A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to officially secure your event date.

Dates are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Your date is not guaranteed until both the signed contract and deposit have been received.
